Life Design Catalyst
Pam started her own life design journey in 2013 when she first learned how our life story, values, interests, skills, and aspirations can spur more personal and professional clarity. As her professional confidence grew in high education and academic life coaching, she applied design-thinking and positive psychology principles to help others – college students, work peers, and clients.
By using the SparcK model for self-discovery, she incorporates various tools and strategies to support team, groups, or individuals to explore what brings them meaning and purpose. This work continues to motivate her as she empowers more people to engage in personal transformation for a more fulfilling life.
